转注、假借是造字法,而且造出了新字形。转注是造字部件省略笔画的造字法,假借是借事造字而不是借字来用,是抽象意义字的造字法。六书是六种状态字的造字法,包括了所有情况下的汉字。形声字是表示同一事物不同种类的名称的字,这一类字是以表音来区别字义的,是汉字的特例。转注字是简化构字部件而造出的字。假借这种造字法,是既不能象形也不能会意还不能用形声来表义的抽象意义的字的造字法。
