ERP、SCM及电子商务关系研究

摘    要:从资源管理范围的角度,分析了ERP、SCM以压电子商务之间的区别与联系。ERP注重通过内部资源集成提高运作效率,SCM强调通过对外部资源的管理来获得效益,而电子商务为SCM中相邻节点的贸易和管理提供了强有力的辅助。系统集成时应该以ERP系统为核心,围绕如何制定更好的采购、生产、销售决策并协作执行来开展ERP、SCM以压电子商务系统的集成工作。

Abstract:The difference and relations among ERP, SCM and e-Business have been analyzed in terms of the range of resource management. ERP pays attention to the improvement of operational efficiency with the inside integration of the resource; SCM obtains benefit by managing outside resource; the application of e-Business can offer SCM effective assistance in the trade and management of adjacent nodes on the supply chain. While integrating application systems, Enterprises should regard ERP system as the core, and set focus on how to make and execute better decisions of purchase, production and sale to accomplish the integration of ERP, SCM and e-Business systems.
