蛇蜕对小鼠早期炎症反应影响的初步研究

摘    要:目的:探讨蛇蜕对小鼠早期炎症反应的影响,为蛇蜕的临床应用提供新的实验依据。方法:分别制备二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、甲醛致小鼠足肿胀模型和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验模型,观察蛇蜕对小鼠炎症反应的影响。结果:蛇蜕对多种早期炎症反应模型均有明显的抑制作用。结论:蛇蜕具有一定的抗炎活性。

Abstract:Aim:Our study objective is to discusses the influence of snake slough to the early mouse inflammation model,the final data will provide new experiment basis for the clinical practice of snake slough.Methods:In our experiments,we prepared the xylene induced mouse auricle swelling model,the formaldehyde induced mouse foot swelling model and the acetic acid induced mouse abdominal cavity blood capillary permeability increase model separately,and observe the effects of snake slough on mouse inflammation model above.Results:The snake slough can inhibit many kinds of early inflammations responded in mouse models.Conclusion:the snake slough has certain anti-inflammation activity.
