| Abstract: | This paper sums up the developing situation of domestic large-scale shopping arcades, and in the light of the problem of blind construction and integral arrangement existing in the operation and management of the large-scale shopping arcades, the problem of the shopping arcades' orientation and operation features, and the problem of the personnel quality, this paper puts forward some countermeasures that should be taken for doing well the operation and management of the large-scale shopping arcades. |
