| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略赋予环境法公平原则新的内容，使环境公平既包含代内公平，也包含代际公平。同时，因为环境法在资源配置以及对人类赖以生存和发展的自然资源保护方面的重要作用，环境法公平原则的真正贯彻是实现可持续发展的重要保障。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development strategy gives a new content of fair principles of the environmental law,which covers two aspects: equity to same generation and equity to different generations as well.Meanwhile,the environmental law plays an essential role in resource distribution and protection of natural resources on which our human beings depend for existence and development,so that fairness principles of which will be an important guarantee of the practical application of sustainable development. |
