林业行业技能型人才基本素质和能力体系的研究

根据高等职业教育的发展规律，林业行业技能型人才的素质可以划分为三个层面：第一层面——职业技能素质，主要面向学生的就业；第二层面——职场应变素质，主要培养学生的职场应变能力；第三层面——专业创新素质，主要培养学生的创业与创新能力。根据市场发展的规律和学院的发展方向，对培养的学生应该是“以教学为中心，以人才培养为目标，以专业建设为重点，以双师型师资队伍建设为基础，全面推进、协调发展”。因此，必须对三个层面素质的培养在教育中做出正确定位，并依据它们的特点制定相应的教学与实训计划，为打造职业院校品牌专业奠定基础。
