| 摘 要： | 为提高大型团体操的排练水平和质量 ,确保排练工作的顺利进行 ,文章就大型团体操排练工作准备阶段的精心挑选和组织表演人员 ,搞好思想发动 ,建立组织体系 ,详细备课 ,培训骨干、以少带多 ,以及排练阶段的把握心理、提高兴趣 ,把好质量关 ,出特色出亮点 ,搞好场地布置等几个方面运用的技巧进行了探讨 ,为解决大型团体操排练中可能出现的问题提供借鉴作用

| Abstract: | In order to improve the rehearsal of large team gymnastics and secure it proceeding successfully,the following practical items as how to choose the performance staff during the preparation period, how to encourage them and organize them into a system, how to prepare the teaching issues, how to train the outstanding students to make them able to help the others, how to analyse the stall's psychological matters so as to keep them on mood,how to make the performance special and how to arrange the training facilities efficiently were discussed. |
