| 摘 要： | 将信息系统看作一个多准则决策问题，提出一种混合使用熵权和理想点的信息系统选购决策方法，通过计算信息熵确定各准则的客观权重，然后使用改进的理想点法对多个候选供应系统进行排序，从而确定它们的优胜序列。该方法概念清晰，过程简单，容易在计算机上编程实现，而且在很大程度上克服了传统方法在权重确定上的主观性和随意性。该方法灵活实用，可以为系统采购提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | A combination of entropy weight with TOPSIS method(the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) for selection of the appropriate information system is proposed.The objective weights and the preference order of various criteria were provided by information entropy and modified TOPSIS respectively.The method can easily implemented in a computer based system and avoide the subjectivity and the nondeterminacy in expert's judgments. |
