基于MATLAB的不确定度合成

摘    要:利用MATLAB进行随机模拟,根据直接测量量的有关信息,对其误差进行仿真,然后求出被测量的估计值,利用统计方法计算合成标准不确定度。该方法适用范围广,不受相关性、可微性的限制,通用性强,而且可以通过编程实现不确定度的合成。最后通过实例分析说明该方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:The software MATLAB is used to carried out stochastic simulation of the error based on measurement information,then the estimate of the measurand can be obtained and the combined standard uncertainty can be calculated using statistical methods. The presented method can be used widely,and it does not be affected by relativity and differentiability. The combined standard uncertainty can be obtained through programing. Finally, an example is presented to prove the rationality and validity of the given method.
