| 摘 要： | 发展社会中介组织对转变政府职能、改革传统行政管理体制、促进市场经济的发展具有重要作用。文章从我国的现实国情出发，分析了当前我国社会中介组织的发展状况及所存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | At present, the development of social intermediate organizations has important influence on the transformation of the governmental functions, the reform of traditional administrative management system, and the promotion of the growth of market economy. Starting form the real conditions of our country, this paper analyzes on the developing situation of our country's social intermediate organizations and the main existing problems, and puts forward corresponding solving methods. |
