| 摘 要： | 在风电成本构成与运行价值的技术经济分析中我们发现:由于目前风电设备价格较高而风电价格偏低,风电投资的经济性并不明显,但长期改善的空间很大;相反,由于风电项目运行的环境友好性和并网特性,越是在发展初期其价值就越明显。
