| 摘 要： | 介绍了教师鼓励性的反馈话语在大学英语课堂中的重要性。针对目前中国大学英语课堂教师鼓励的研究少之又少的现状，通过问卷、访谈的方式，对大学英语课堂中教师鼓励性反馈进行研究，提出如下建议：①调节鼓励性反馈的方式，适应学生个体的情感需要；②创建积极和谐的课堂环境；③采用不同的技巧，促进学生的语言学习。

| Abstract: | The importance of teachers＇ encouraging feedback in college English classroom is analyzed. To the current situation of few researches in this field, questionnaire and interview are adopted. The following suggestions are put forward： Adjusting the mode of encouraging feedback to meet the needs of the student individual＇ s emotion; establishing positive and harmonious classroom environment; Adopting different skills to promote students＇ language learning. |
