摘    要:以萘、浓硫酸、甲醛等为原料,经磺化、水解、缩合等步骤,制备了混凝土高效减水剂β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物.并通过单因素实验,研究了物料比、磺化温度、磺化时间、缩合温度、缩合时间等对产品性能的影响,得到了优化的合成工艺条件.

Abstract:This paper introduces the synthesis technology of producing naphthalene superplasticizer with naphthalene,sulfuric acid and formaldehyde by sulfonation,hydrolysis,condensation and other steps.Some reaction conditions,such as material ratio,sulfonation reaction temperature and time,condensation temperature and time on the effects of product performance have been examined by experiments.And the optimal reaction conditions have been obtained.
