| 摘 要： | 运用运动心理学的研究成果一运动表象训练法指导武术教学，通过5步教学法，使学生在视觉表象训练的基础上形成运动表象，最后达到复合性感觉表象，使动作完美、协调，激发学生学习兴趣，提高武术教学质量。

| Abstract: | Apply the results of sport psychological research ,Sport Idea Practice, to WuShu teaching in PE.. Using 5 steps Approach makes the students form sports idea which is based on vision idea and motion idea to realize comp lea sense idea which can stimulate their learning interests and keep their actions perfect and coordinative so as to improve WuShu teaching. |
