| 摘 要： | 本文首先从因素观点、结构观念和能力观点分析了产业集群竞争力的内涵,然后从竞争力的显性实力、隐性潜力、环境条件即经济竞争力、集聚竞争力、环境竞争力三个角度建立评价体系,通过这三个方面有机的整体,全方位描述了产业集群竞争力评价指标体系的构成情况,最后利用BP神经网络综合评价模型对其进行评价。
