摘    要:采用改进的凸包算法建立等高线离散数据点的无约束D-TIN,再运用基于影响域对角线交换的局部调整算法,将等高线作为特征约束嵌入到D-TIN中,建立以等高线为特征约束的CD-TIN,来处理无约束D-TIN后可能产生的跨越等高线的非法三角形.建立了支持空间数据挖掘的约束CD-TIN后,通过计算CD-TIN中D三角形的法向量和坡度值,将等高线地形图中的山地和平地区分开,并进一步识别出山地区域中的山峰信息.

Abstract:Firstly using improved convex hull algorithm to construct non-constrained Delaunay Triangulation Irregular Net(D-TIN), then using the local adjusting algorithm based on diagonals Changing of the impacted region to embed contour lines into D-TIN as constrained segments and ultimately construct constrained D-TIN(CD-TIN). It was easy to compute normal vectors of Delaunay triangles in the CD-TIN, and then got their gradient values. By means of the relationship of gradient values and terrain features, flats and mountain regions could be distinguished from topographic map based on contour lines. Even the terrain features such as mountain peak could be also recognized in the recognized mountain regions primarily by Flat-Triangle whose three vertexes had the same digital elevation.
