| 摘 要： | 黄墩蚁Paratrechina sp染色体核型制备是以蛹的脑神经节为材料,采用体外培养,空气干燥,吉姆沙(Giemsa)染色技术制片,获得染色体核型2n=16,7对为中部着丝点,Ⅰ对为亚中部着丝点.

| Abstract: | The culture of the lasius florus fabr' s chromosome is cultivated based on the crauial nerve of larcva,cultivated out of the body, dried in air and adopting Giemsa dyeing technology. At last is aquired the karyotype of chromation: 2n=16. Seven doubles of them are the middle silk-sotting points; one double is the sub - middle dilk-setting point. |
