生态工业系统--一个开放的复杂巨系统

摘    要:工业生态学是一门新兴的学科,在该理论指导下形成的生态工业系统建设已开始成为世界工业发展的主体。这篇文章从系统学的角度出发,剖析并揭示了生态工业系统的本质,指出生态工业系统是开放的复杂巨系统,它具有一切复杂巨系统的特点:开放性、复杂性、进化与涌现性、层次性和巨量性等。然后从开放性的角度出发,利用综合集成研讨厅体系的思想,把智能控制技术、响应曲面方法和实验设计综合在非线性多目标决策支持系统的框架中,提出了一个新的设计生态工业系统的方法。

Abstract:Industrial Ecology is a new science. With its guidance, eco-industry system has been developed to be the main body in the world industry. Eco-industry system is argued to be an open complex giant system, which is discussed in details from the viewpoint of system methodology in this paper. The characteristics of the system are openness, complexity, evolution, emergence, hierarchy and giant etc. Then with the idea of openness, using HWME, a new method is proposed to design the eco-industry system. Intelligent control techniques, response surface methodology and the design of experiments and integrated within the framework of the nonlinear multiobjective DSP to develop a robust, top-level design specification.
