摘    要:本文研究了减振孔和减振槽非线性微分方程式以及利用计算机求解结构尺寸的方法。通过非线性微分方程式的求解获得不同结构形式减振孔和减振槽的预升压力梯度、紊流强度、配流冲击压差及其随工况和设计参数变化的特性,通过对比分析为获得低噪声性能提供最优设计依据。

Abstract:Non-linear differential equations of the damping orifices and channels and the method of computer solutions for determination of the configuration dimensions are discussed in this paper.The preloading pressure gradient, turbulence, shock pressure of flow-distribution and their changes with the design parameters for different types of damping orifices and channels are obtained by solving the non-linear differential equations. In order to obtain low-noise performance, a optimal design basis is, hence, presented by comparing and analyzing above mentioned results.
