Some Thoughts of Improving MPA Education in Tibet

In order to realize the great-leap-forward development and long-term stability of Tibet,it is necessary to train a group of leaders,management personnel and talents of public service,who have both political integrity and professional competence,possess both modern management theories an policy accomplishment,and maser not only advanced analysis methods and technology,but also good knowledge in one particular field of either public management or public policy.MPA education has provided a quick and efficient way for training to improve the qualities and competence of cadres in Tibet Autonomous Region with its solid foundation and wide ranges in training patterns,scientific curriculum and teaching methods of combining theories with practice.
