| 摘 要： | 当前，我国公民的法律文化大致还是以中国传统法律文化为主导的。这已经成为中国法治进程中的一个突出的制约因素。如果要使其从法治化的阻止力变为法治化的内在驱动力，则必须进行创造性转化，而现代的公民法律文化应该以权利文化、权利制约文化、程序正义文化为核心。

| Abstract: | At present,Chinese citizens' legal culture is still dominated by traditional one,which is a glaring restricting factor in the progress of China's ruling by law.Therefore,Chinese citizens' legal culture must be centred round the rights culture,rights-restricted culture and procedure justice culture so as to converse the resistance of traditional legal culture to the drive of ruling by law. |
