新课程标准下高校体育教师的角色定位

摘    要:随着素质教育的全面推行和高校体育改革的不断深入,体育教师的角色发生转变。在新课程标准下,体育教师要做知识的传授者、知识的学习者、学生的引导者、课程的研制者、教学的组织者、教育的研究者和文化的创造者。体育教师要充分利用本身的知识、才能、智慧、情感、意志和世界观进行教学,更好地适应新课程标准的要求,培养学生的终身体育能力,更好地发挥体育教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,努力提高高校体育教学质量。

Abstract:The position of PE teachers is undergoing a quick change with carry-out and!deeper reformation of quality education in schools. Under the new curriculum criteria,it is important for PE teachers to make full use of knowledge,capability,intelligence,emotion,strong will and perspective of the world in teaching,to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum criteria in order to train the life-long abilities of PE in students,to strengthen the guiding role of the PE teachers and the subject role of the students.In this way,PE teachers will become promoters and researchers in PE teaching.This paper deals with positioning of the PE teachers.
