吉林省农业资金投入问题探析

保证农业投入的持续稳步增长，不仅关系到农业生产，而且直接影响到市场的有效供给和农民的收入。当前对农业的有效投入不足已成为吉林省农业生产发展缓慢的制约因素，本文在分析吉林省农业资金投入不足的原因的基础上，提出了在增加国家对农业资金投入外，要动员全社会力量，多方位、多渠道地筹集资金的思路和对策。

A discussion over input problem of agricultural fund of Jilin Province

It does not merely concern agricultural production and influences the effective supply of the market and peasants' income directly to gurantee the lasting steady-state growth of agricultural input.At present,the effective input of agriculture has already insufficiently become the restrictional factor for the slow development of agricultural production of Jilin Province.On the basis of analysing the reason for insufficient agricultural fund in Jilin Province,the text raises the thoughts and countermeasures of raising fund diversifiedly and multi-channelly except for adding input of the country to the agricultural fund.
