| 摘 要： | 以高师体育系田径课程项目的设置和教学大纲为依据，探索适应现代田径课堂教学结构的新途径，并进行了可行性研究．结果表明：采用优化的课堂教学结构，不仅可以提高教学质量，而且有利于培养学生的能力；为高师体育系田径教学改革提供了新思路
