情感教育在大学教学中的缺失与重构

摘    要:情感教育是教师在教学活动中运用心理学的理论和方法,有意识地激发和调动学生学习的积极情感的一种手段。在大学的教学过程中,教师应该将情感教育转化为满足学生全速学习需要的行为,从而培养其学习兴趣,增强其学习动机、自信心、主动性和目的性,提高教学效果,实现教学中的师生共同参与并和谐发展,促进学生个性发展和整体素质的提高。

Abstract:Affection instruction is a way teachers consciously inspire the students' positive emotion in learning according to psychological theory and methods. Teachers' instruction affection should be transformed into behaviors to meet the needs of stSudents' full speed learning so that their learning interest motivation, confidence, initiative and purpose are developed and accordingly teaching effects are improved. Only if teachers and students participate in teaching and learning together and develop in harmony can the overall quality of students be promoted and can the personality be developed.
