化学镀铜废液制备纳米铜粉

摘    要:利用化学镀铜后的废液,改变条件,使施镀后的化学镀铜废液发生自相反应,得到的粉体通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)分析,结果表明产物是纳米铜粉,晶粒约25 nm.TEM照片显示所制备的Cu粉体呈球状.

Abstract:The nano-sized Cu powders were synthesized by utilizing waste of the electroless plating Cu solution.The powders were characterized by the X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The calculated crystallite size is about 25 nm from XRD data,TEM image shows that the agglomerative powders are sphere shape.
