原油储罐温室气体排放核算方法研究

摘    要:原油储罐是油气生产上游环节中不可忽略的温室气体逸散排放源。为探究原油储罐温室气体排放情况,对储罐温室气体排放过程进行分析,建立基于气体状态方程、连续性方程和绝热条件下的能量方程的储罐小呼吸温室气体排放核算模型,修正Vasquez-Beggs(VB)闪蒸排放模型,得到一次、二次沉降罐和净化罐温室气体排放核算方法,并与实测数据、API经验公式计算值进行对比。结果表明:储罐温室气体排放的理论计算与实际情况吻合较好,所修正的VB模型与小呼吸损耗模型可准确地评估原油储罐温室气体的排放量;储罐小呼吸损耗与闪蒸损失相比不能忽略,验证了模型的准确性。

Abstract:The crude oil storage tank is an important emission source of greenhouse gases, which cannot be negligible during the period of upstream oil and gas production. In order to explore the situation of greenhouse gas emission of the storage tank, we analyze the emission process, and then establish the standing loss model of storage tank based on the gas state equation, continuity equation and energy equation under adiabatic condition. The Vasquez-Beggs flashing model is corrected to obtain the accounting method of greenhouse gas emissions from first sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank and purification tank, and it is compared with the monitoring data and API empirical formula. The result shows that the theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the real fact, and the modified V-B model is accurate enough to predict the emission of the greenhouse from the storage tank. The tank breathing loss cannot be negligible compared with the flash loss, which validates the accuracy of the model.
