离心式动/静相干叶排内部非定常流动的数值计算

摘    要:首先采有作者发展的滑移界面技术及非定常流数值方法计算了两同心圆柱间库特(Couette)流动,在此基础上对叶轮及扩压器叶片数不等的二维离心式动,静相干叶排内部的非定常流动进行了数值模拟,详细分析了不同流量工况下动,静叶排内的非定常流动特性,数值分析表明,在一定的转速下,非等栅距离心式动,静相干叶排内部的非定常流动结构与流量工况密切相关,当流量较小或者较大时,在叶片扩压器内都会产生大尺度的分离涡,而在叶轮内的涡尺寸较小或不出现。研究结果可为优化叶轮与叶片扩压器的匹配提供有益参考。

Abstract:The method originally developed for the axial rotor/stator interaction unsteady flow was modified and extended to the centrifugal turbomachinery. The Couette flow which has an accurate analytical solution was utilized to verify the above method. The two dimensional unsteady rotor/stator interaction of a centrifugal fan with different number of blades and vanes was then calculated and analyzed under various flow rates. The results demonstrated that the modified method can well predict the complex unsteady interaction flow in the centrifugal turbomachinery stages. The perdicted results also can provide useful information for the matching between the impeller and vane diffuser in design.
