| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校作为近年来本科高校的新生力量,正在不断壮大和发展,形成鲜明的办学特色,在高等教育史上具有重要的现实意义。文章论述了新建本科院校形成办学特色的必要性,并以全国第一家改制高校浙江万里学院为例,对新建本科院校办学特色内涵、办学特色形成过程中面临的问题及发展作了简要分析及策略思考。
