台湾高山族小米文化初探

小米对于台湾高山族而言不仅是食物，更是“圣物”，在社会生活、宗教祭仪、文化传承等各个层面中扮演着举足轻重的角色，小米文化进而发展成为台湾高山族传统文化的核心。运用文化人类学的方法。分析了台湾高山族小米文化形成和发展的原因、主要表现形式、文化内涵及其具有的社会功能，对台湾高山族小米文化进行了初步探讨。

The Preliminary Research on Millet Culture of Taiwanese Gaoshan Nationalities

To Taiwanese Gaoshan Nationalities, millet is not only a kind of food, but also a sacred object. Millet plays the influential role in the social life, the ritual practice, the cultural inheritance and so on. Therefore the millet culture becomes the central part of the Taiwanese Gaoshan Nationalities＇ traditional culture. With theories of cultural anthropology, this paper has carded on the discussion to the millet culture from three aspects the reasons for its production and development, social functions, the forms and cultural meaning.
