| 摘 要： | 乡镇机构改革是地方政府改革的重要内容，是推进农村改革发展的必要路径。在分析了当前乡镇改革的现实意义的基础上，从福建省为例，剖析乡镇机构改革存在的问题，并提出深化乡镇机构改革的三个对策。
