| 摘 要： | 本研究在文献检索、访谈的基础上,设计并检验了《当代大学生创业胜任力模型调查问卷》,以此进行抽样调查,经过项目分析、因子分析、信度检验等环节,构建了当代大学生创业胜任力模型,按权重排序由高到低分别为:①经营管理能力;②服务意识与品格素质;③领导能力;④成就导向;⑤驾驭市场能力;⑥关注客户和重视绩效细节;⑦交际沟通能力。

| Abstract: | The Research on Collegian Pioneering Competency Model is based on scientific analysis of document database and interview. Statistical questionnaires are designed to do sampling survey. Conducted by project analysis and factor analysis and reliability test, this model is constructed with weighted value ranked in high-low order：. （1）managerial and administrative expertise;（2）service attitude and quality;（3）leadership;（4） achievement orientation;（5）capability of controlling the market;（6）focus on customer and performance level; （7）skill of cultivating good relationship. |
