试析在高职院校建立教师体育俱乐部的必要性

高校教师身心健康已逐渐成为社会关注的焦点,关系着高校长足发展和深化改革的步伐。作为高校教育的新型特殊教育,高职院校教师还扮演者新的角色,因此,了解和改善高职教师的身心健康状态刻不容缓。本文通过对广东省五所高职院校教师进行问卷,根据调查结果提出在高职院校建立教师体育俱乐部,通过长期持续的体育锻炼以缓解和改善高职教师的亚健康状态,提高工作生活效率,培养健康积极向上的情操。
