| 摘 要： | 提高高职学生的就业率是每一个高职院校亟须解决的问题。只有培养出综合素质高的毕业生,才能提高就业率,本文从职业素养的角度分析了高职学生职业素养的培养现状,从现状出发总结出了提升高职学生职业素养方法,保证人才培养的质量。

| Abstract: | It is an urgent problem to be solved for every vocational college to increase the employment rate of vocational students.To cultivate high quality of graduates is the only way to increase the employment rate.In this article,we analyzed the current situation of vocational students from the perspective of professional qualities.The approaches of enhancing vocational students' professional qualities have been summarized from analyzing the current situation,which can ensure the quality of cultivating students. |
