| 摘 要： | 通过室温下GaAs的PR谱与ER谱的比较,对PR谱的机理及线型分析作了有益的讨论,结果表明,PR谱具有电场调制的本质,可以用电场调制理论中的“三点法”来确定各临界点参量.

| Abstract: | At room temperature the photoreflectance (PR) spectrum measurements in GaAs show that the PR spectrum can be considered as a contactless form of electro-modulation, therefore the PR is expressed as the third-derivative functional form; E_g and T are determined by using"Three point method". |
