摘    要:介绍了基于功能的抗震设计思想及投资—效益准则,并通过构建基于投资—效益准则的结构优化模型及算例分析,得到了基础隔震设计方案就是该优化模型最优解的结论;探讨了基于投资—效益准则的现有结构抗震加固策略,指出对于要求较高的加固目标,采用隔震加固策略更为适合。

Abstract:As a basic principle on performance based seismic design and rehabilitation, cost effectiveness criterion shows the important change in the concept of modern structural seismic design and rehabilitation, in which more attention is paid to the performance, safety and economy of the structure. The thoughts of performance based seismic design and cost effectiveness are introduced briefly. Cost effectiveness criterion based formulation of seismic optimization design is obtained, and the results of numerical example show that the optimum solution of this optimization problem is a base isolation design. Finally, the strategies of cost effective seismic rehabilitation for existing structures are discussed, and the solution is for the higher seismic rehabilitation objectives, seismic base isolation technique is a reasonable rehabilitation strategy.
