实验性甲肿小鼠睾丸肥大细胞对生殖的影响

研究了甲肿过程中小鼠睾丸肥大细胞（MC）的数量、分布及组织化学性质的改变.结果表明,随甲肿时间的延长,小鼠睾丸曲细精管管径较对照组显著增大（P〈0.05）,管壁厚度也较对照组显著增加（P〈0.05）;睾丸肥大细胞的数量逐渐增多,且均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）,并有明显的脱颗粒现象.睾丸肥大细胞主要分布在睾丸被膜下、曲细精管基膜周围、睾丸间质小血管周围、间质内、附睾管周围及管壁上皮细胞之间,其红染、红蓝混染颗粒逐渐减少,蓝染颗粒逐渐增多,且临界电解质浓度（CEC）值逐渐减小.结果提示,甲肿过程中小鼠睾丸和附睾肥大细胞增多可直接或间接影响雄性生殖.

Effect of Mast Cell in Testis of Experimental Goiter Mice on Reproduction

To study the charge of number,distribution and histochemical property of mast cell in mouse's testis were studied.The results showed the diameter and the thickness of pipe wall of spermatogeny was sensibly large(P<0.05),the number of mast cell in testis increased gradually and were greater than controlled ones(P<0.01),the degranulation phenomenon was easily observed.A few of mast cell could be found and mainly distributed in the capsule,spermatogeny basement membranes surrounding,interstitial and its blood vessel epididymides pipe surrounding and between its epithelium cells.The red or red-blue granules in mast cell reduced gradually while the blue ones increased gradually and their CEC value goes down.The result indicates that the mast cells increased in the mouse's testis effect probably male production in goiter directly or indirectly.
