| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济的发展变化，为了迎接21世纪的挑战，发达国家或发展中国家都在对教育进行大胆的改革和尝试。并得出一个共识，未来的社会要求现代人必须是具有综合素质的全面发展的人。各国对于大学生综合素质给予了高度的重视和认真的研究。本文就大学生综合素质教育的内涵及其要素、中外关于大学生综合素质的差异及国外大学生综合素质教育带给我国的启示等几个方面加以论述。

| Abstract: | With the development and change of world economy, developing and developed counties have all reformed education and given some tries in it in order to meet the challenge of the 21th century. They have got a commonidea-the society in the future requests modern people with comprehensive and all-round qualities. Every countrypays closely attention to the comprehensive qualities of college students and does careful research on it.This article will discuss the connotation and key elements of comprehensive qualities education of college students, diversities about it in China and abroad and some enlightenment from the study abroad. |
