| 摘 要： | 分析了太湖主要污染物之一磷的来源，在此基础上提出了针对不同污染源类型采用排污交易控制太湖磷污染的方法、技术路线，初步评估了排污交易控制太湖磷污染的效益，论证了排污交易控制磷污染的可行性．

| Abstract: | The sources of phosphate, a main kind of pollutants in Taihu Lake, were analyzed. Based on the analysis, methods and technical lines for controlling the different kinds of phosphorus pollution in Taihu Lake by discharge trading were brought forward. By evaluation of the benefit of phosphorus pollution control with discharge trading, the feasibility of the present method was verified. |
