游泳特色教学对学生体质健康标准的影响

摘    要:结合海南大学游泳特色教学项目,随机选择2002级新生游泳班和球类班进行实验教学,对实验前、后的学生体质健康标准进行测试比较.结果表明:实验后的游泳班学生的肺活量指数和台阶指数明显高于球类班学生,因此认为,游泳教学对提高学生的肺和心血管功能,提高学生的体质健康标准均有较大帮助.

Abstract:Connected with swimming teaching of Hainan University,an experiment was conducted between the new students in the 2002 grade,who were randomly selected from swimming classes and ball game classes;and a test and comparison was made on the health standards of students'physique before and after experiment.The results showed that the spiro-indexes and step-indexes of students in the swimming classes were obviously higher than those of students in the ball game classes after experiment.Therefore,it was thought that swimming teaching was more helpful to improving students' lung function,cardiovascular function,and physique health.
