| 摘 要： | 高校教学改革的趋势是学分制,学分制下的各项教学管理均与学年制有着显著的差异。在成人高等教育学分制条件下的教材管理过程中进行了一些积极的探索与实践,从教材采购、入库、出库、教材发放、教材结算以及学分制条件下教材管理发展方向等提出了一些构思。
