双汽源型燃气-蒸汽联合循环特性分析及优化匹配

摘    要:针对双汽源型燃气-蒸汽联合循环,进行了热力特性分析与优化匹配计算.建立了双汽源联合循环计算模型,分析计算了燃气轮机轴系结构的影响特性、余热锅炉汽水参数的匹配与影响特性、循环热力参数的优化与影响特性、联合循环功率匹配特性等.计算表明:双汽源联合循环中的燃气循环压比存在最佳值,此时联合循环效率最高;余热部分的蒸汽、燃气功率比随两者效率比的变化基本呈线性关系.

Abstract:A model was set up for the calculation of the thermodynamic characteristics and matching optimization of gas-steam co-cycle with dual steam sources. The following characteristics were analyzed: the effect of shafting structure of gas turbine, the effect and matching of water and steam parameters in exhaust boiler, the optimization and effect of cycle thermodynamic parameters and the power matching of the co-cycle. The results show that there exists an optimum value for gas cycle pressure ratio in co-cycle with dual steam source. At this point, the efficiency of co-cycle has the highest value. The power ratio of steam and gas shows a linear with the efficiency ratio for the exhaust heat part.
