短角外斑腿蝗核型和C-带的研究

摘    要:本文研究了短角外斑腿蝗(Xenocatantopshumilisbrachycerus)的核型和C带。结果表明:短角外斑腿蝗的染色体数目为2n()=22+XO=23,全部为端着丝粒染色体;NF=23;核型公式为2n()=2x=23t。中期染色体绝对长度为7001±270μm,按相对长度可分为三组;除所有染色体都具有明显的着丝粒带外,L2,M3,M4,M5,M9还有明显的端带;染色体组中C带带纹总长与染色体总长的比值百分数为2600±220%;最长与最短染色体之比为378∶1,臂比大于2∶1的染色体在染色体组中的比例为零,短角外斑腿蝗的核型属“1B”核型

Abstract:Having investigated the karyotypes and c-banding of Xenocatantops humilis brachycerus, the result shows that, the chromosomal number of Xenocatantops humilis brachycerus is 2n()=22+XO=23, and they all are end-centromere chromosomes; the karyotypes formula is 2n()=2X=23t, and NF=23; the absalute length amount of Metaphase Ⅱ Genome is 70 01±2 70 μm Accrcding the relative length of chromosomes we can divide chromosomes into three groups, and all chromosomes hare obvious centromere C-band, and there are cleur end C-bandsnon the chromosomes of L 2,M 3,M 4,M 5,M 9,The amount of heterochromatin is 26 00±2 22% The ratio between the longest and the shortest in Genome is 3 78∶1, the ratio that more than 2∶1 in Genome is zcro The Xenocatantops humilis brachycerus Karyotype belongs to “1B”
