| 摘 要： | 本文分析了国内外科技创新形势，对西部地区，特别是陕西、四川、重庆区域的科技创新能力进行重点研究，通过对比指出西部科技创新中所存在的体制、机制方面的问题，提出了西部地区加强科技创新促进经济发展的若干对策。
