| 摘 要： | 运用串口通讯技术实现可编程控制器PLC与工业控制计算机的数据传输,并进一步利用Socket编程接口将采集到的实时生产数据在局域网内传递的方法。此方法应用于卡车车身喷漆车间的生产过程当中,较好达到了产品生产和设备状态实时监控的目的。应用实践表明,提出的方法方案正确、数据可靠,可以实现利用工业组态软件开发所能达到的所有功能,降低了工业控制系统的开发成本,在工业生产领域具有一定的通用性。

| Abstract: | In order to monitor and control the running-status of manufacturing devices by collecting the production data in industrial manufacturing field,this paper presents a method that data communication between PLC and server could be proceed by technology of serial-com.Furthermore,by Socket programming the collected running-status production data are transmitted in local network.This method applied in the procedure of car-body's spraying paint and the manufacture process can be monitored well.Practice shows that this means can provide information reliably and has versatility in field of industrial production. |
