尺寸效应对碳纤维加固轴心受压柱的影响

摘    要:通过应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对碳纤维加固轴心受压柱进行材料非线性的模拟实验,得出十个不同尺寸模型的极限承载力,并与理论计算值进行对比分析.由此得到小模型试验和实际尺寸模型承载力的结果差别,即尺寸效应对加固效果的影响,分析了产生差别的相关因素,倒角半径的大小是重要因素之一,所以结合实际工程因素计算出了倒角半径的大小范围,对实际加固工程的计算有一定的参考意义.

Abstract:Abstract: Through the simulated experiment of material nonlinearity of axial compressive column strengthened by CFRP by using the software-ANSYS, which applied in finite element analysis, this paper get the bearing capacity of ten models of different size, and contrast with theoretical results, thus attain the different results of bearing capacity between small models and actual models, which also is the size effect influence the result of axial compressive column strengthened by CFRP, and analyses the relevant factors that cause the differences, the treated radius of edges is one of them, so this paper derivate the size range of it, which considering the actual engineering factor, it is referenced role for actual reinforcement engineering.
