高温回流区稳焰机理的集总参数分析法

摘    要:将钝体回流区视作一温度均匀的良好搅拌系统,用半理论半经验的分析方法,求解了从边界卷吸进回流区的煤粉的停留时间和热解规律;证明了挥发分可在高温回流区中着火并充分燃烧;建立了集总参数法热平衡模型.用一次风工况初始条件作为火焰稳定性判据,导出了保证稳燃的最低煤粉浓度c_(min),最大风速u_(max),最小初温T_(0min).

Abstract:This paper analyzes the stay time and pyrolyzation law of powdered ceal taken in from the edge by regarding the bluff-body's recirculation zone as a uniform-temperature mixing system and by semi-theoretical and semi-empirical means, proves that the volatile flux is to ignite and burn up, establishes a heat balance model of lumped parameters, presents a criterion to determine the flame stability based on the working condition of the starting blast, and derives the minimum concentration of powdered coal (cmin), maximum blast rate( umax) and the minimum starting tem-perature( Tmin).
