原子吸收光度法测定食用花卉中可溶性无机态锌

摘    要:结合常见食用花卉菊花、金银花、芙蓉花的药用功效,利用XAD-2大孔网状树脂将水液中锌的无机态分出.通过实验,得出了XAD-2树脂分离无机态与有机态的最佳条件,利用原子吸收分光光度计测定了花卉中可溶性无机态锌的含量,在几种花卉中无机态锌分布有一定相关性,可溶性无机态锌分析结果为0.15~0.19 μg/mL之间;无机态形态分布为64%~68%.

Abstract:Considering the medicinal effects of the flowers, authors analyzed the separation of element Zn's soluble inorganic states in Chrysanthemum, Cottonrose hibiscus and Honeysuckle by using atomic absorption spectrometry. The amberlite XAD-2 macro reticular resins and three extractive materials are used to separate Zn in water decoction into inorganic states. And through the experiment, authors conclude the ideal working conditions. Distribution of Zn's soluble inorganic states in flower had a certainly pertinence, but it had difference .This research verifies the economic value of developing edible flowers, and provides theoretical basis for developing edible flowers as the third functional food materials.
