| Abstract: | This paper expounds the relationship between the university and the sci-tech innovation and between the sci-tech innovation and the information consultancy service,and in the light of the demand of the sci-tech innovation on the information knowledge,analyzes on the problems existing in the information consultancy service of the university library at present,and puts forward some corresponding measures for improving. |
