量子点中电-声子系统的稳定性

摘    要:在温度情况下,本文假定量子点中声子处于热相干态,利用热场动力学方法求出了量子点中电-声子系统的状态与能量。由此讨论了量子点中电-声子系统的能量对温度的依赖关系以及该系统的稳定性问题

Abstract:In this paper, we assume that a phonon state in a quantum dot is a thermal coherent state. The state and energy of electron-phonon system in a quantum dot is solved by thermo field dynamics. From this, we discuss the dependence of energy and stability of the system on temperature. In addition, it is found that such system is most stable at T=0.
